About

Complex environments demand leaders who can navigate systems, conflict, and people at the same time that they build community.

As a connector, storyteller, and trained mediator, I support students and professionals in developing strategy, deepening critical reflection, and leading in ways aligned with both their values and the impact they seek. I also partner with organizations to build internal capacity for measurable public health outcomes through community building, curriculum development, anti-bias and upstander training, public health advocacy training, internship placements, and evaluation.

Interdisciplinary training combined with 15 years as a consultant, educator, public health professional, attorney and facilitator, informs everything I do, especially in environments shaped by inequity, high-stakes conflicts, and institutional complexity.
